"Looks decent, but didn’t really pull me in"
When I first checked it out, I thought the design looked fine overall. Nothing felt broken or messy, but as I kept browsing, it just felt a little plain to me. I was hoping for something with a bit more personality or visual interest to keep me engaged.

"I picked up a few hummel pieces and..."
I picked up a few hummel pieces and I do like how they look. That said, after a handful of washes, the fabric already seems a bit more worn than I expected. I can’t say for sure if it’s the same with all their stuff since I’ve only tried a few items, but for the price, I was hoping they’d feel a little more durable. Not awful, just kind of okay so far.

"They’re fine for quick errands or short..."
They’re fine for quick errands or short walks, but after a few hours my feet started getting tired and I got annoyed. The sizing felt a little off too, which didn’t help. They’re not terrible, but for the price, I really don’t have much patience for shoes that are only kind of comfortable.

"Stock feels hit or miss"
I was trying to find a few sizes, but a lot of them were already gone. I did manage to find one decent item, so it wasn’t a total waste. I also sent a message asking about restocks, but it felt like nobody even read it.

"Good fit, just a little snug"
Well... I ordered a hoodie and some joggers from hummel.net, and overall I’m happy with them. The sizing was mostly spot on, but the hoodie is a bit tight around the arms. I’m still keeping it though since the quality feels good. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’d say it’s probably not really worth the money. For what you get, it feels like it should cost quite a bit less.

"Super helpful customer service"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to hummel.net support. They replied quickly and got it sorted without making the whole thing a hassle. The messages were friendly too which I really appreciated. I'd definitely order again

"Found what I needed damn quick, the..."
Found what I needed damn quick, the pages loaded fine, and checkout was simple. No annoying pop-up crap or weird hoops to jump through. Solid experience.

"I ended up waiting almost two weeks for..."
I ended up waiting almost two weeks for my order to arrive, which was really frustrating. I get that delays happen, but after a while it felt like I had to keep chasing for updates instead of being kept in the loop. At that point, I just wanted the issue escalated and handled properly because the wait was way longer than expected.

"Not the quality I expected"
I bought a hoodie from hummel.net and it looked good when it arrived, but after just two washes the fabric started feeling rough and some of the stitching was already coming loose. The print faded much faster than I expected too. I’ve bought hoodies from other brands in the past that held up way better at a similar price, so this was disappointing. I thought it would last longer

"Order was mostly right, but not perfect"
I ordered a couple of things from Hummel, and most of it showed up like I expected.

One of the shirts came in the wrong size compared to what I’d picked, which was annoying. Everything else in the order was right though, and nothing was missing.

It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think they should’ve checked the order a bit better before sending it out. I’d maybe order again, but I’d definitely double-check everything when it arrives

"Returning my order turned into a hassle"
I sent my order back weeks ago and still haven’t seen a refund, which feels frustrating to me. Every time I contact support, I just get short replies without any clear update on what’s going on. Maybe it’s just my experience, but the whole process has been way more hassle than it should be, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Hummel again.
